These terms describe the use of localmarketsignal.com and the Local Market Signal services provided by Braeden Kershner Creative, LLC. Questions about a plan, payment, or cancellation can be sent to braeden@localmarketsignal.com.

Our services

Local Market Signal provides business and market intelligence, reports, and recommendations. Your selected plan or written service agreement describes the scope, price, and included support. Marketing implementation and other additional work are quoted separately unless expressly included.

A free report request does not enroll you in a paid plan or authorize a charge. Please provide accurate information about your business and ensure that you have permission to share any information you submit.

Monthly billing and payments

Plans are billed month to month without a long-term service commitment or setup fee. The price for your selected service is disclosed before payment. Your first-month payment is processed through QuickBooks. Any monthly autopay arrangement is made separately with your approval; paying for the first month alone does not authorize recurring charges.

For an approved recurring arrangement, payments continue on the agreed monthly schedule until canceled. We will disclose changes to your price or service before they apply, so you can decide whether to continue. A specific written service agreement controls if it expressly differs from these general terms.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing braeden@localmarketsignal.com. A simple message such as “I’d like to stop service” is sufficient. Please identify your business so we can locate the account. No cancellation form, explanation, or long-term notice period is required.

Cancellation stops future monthly renewals and recurring charges. Send your request before your next monthly payment is processed to avoid paying for another month. Unless you ask us to stop work sooner, service remains available through the period already paid for. There is no early termination fee.

Payments already made are non-refundable. This includes unused portions of a paid month and cancellation during that month. This policy does not limit refunds, remedies, or other rights that applicable law requires. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us so we can investigate.

Reports, recommendations, and results

Reports reflect the information available when they are prepared. Public listings, reviews, search results, competitor activity, and third-party platforms can change, contain errors, or omit relevant information. We aim to provide useful, accurate analysis, but cannot promise that every source is complete or that a report predicts future outcomes.

Recommendations are provided for business planning and informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking information material to those decisions. We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, level of AI visibility, number of leads, revenue increase, or other commercial result.

Use of content and business information

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, you may use the reports delivered to you for your business’s internal purposes and share them with people working on your behalf. Please obtain our written permission before reselling, publishing, or distributing our reports or proprietary materials outside that purpose. Third-party names, trademarks, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of the materials you provide and authorize us to use them as needed to perform the requested services. Do not submit material you are not entitled to share, misuse the site, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services and privacy

QuickBooks payment pages and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or their independent services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with this website and our services.

Service availability and applicable rights

Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If an issue affects delivery of a paid service, contact us so it can be addressed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will display the effective date on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter payments or services already agreed. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service will be communicated before they take effect.
